1. Nature of Services

BOOKMYWINGS is a travel planning facilitator operated as a proprietorship under Indian law. We specialise in curated holiday planning and coordination of services through independent third-party suppliers.

We do not own, control, or operate airlines, hotels, transport providers, cruise lines, or activity operators. Our role is limited to facilitation and coordination.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. Inquiry-Based Booking Model

All packages displayed are indicative in nature. Final itineraries, inclusions, and pricing are confirmed only after written agreement.

No booking is deemed confirmed unless:

Final itinerary is mutually agreed in writing
Advance payment is received
Confirmation communication is issued

4. Pricing & Availability

Travel pricing is dynamic and subject to availability, supplier inventory, seasonal demand, and government taxes.

Prices are not guaranteed until written confirmation is provided.

5. Booking Confirmation

Bookings become binding only after advance deposit and written confirmation. Suppliers may impose independent terms and conditions.

6. Payments

Advance deposits and balance payments must be made within specified timelines. Failure to comply may result in cancellation.

Invoices are issued in the name of BOOKMYWINGS.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by supplier policies and booking-specific conditions communicated prior to confirmation.

Refund processing timelines depend on supplier release schedules.

8. Third-Party Suppliers

All services are provided by independent suppliers. BOOKMYWINGS shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, service deficiencies, delays, or operational failures of suppliers.

9. Visa & Documentation

Travellers are solely responsible for passport validity, visa compliance, and immigration requirements. Advisory guidance does not constitute guarantee of visa approval.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or political instability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the service fee component received by us.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

12. Traveller Conduct

Travellers must comply with local laws and supplier policies. Misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, itineraries, and proprietary material are intellectual property of BOOKMYWINGS and may not be reproduced without written consent.
